DojoCore is ready for real schools, but the next stage should come from real academy operations, not my assumptions. Founding Academies run DojoCore during the private beta, work directly with me and shape what I build next. I capped the program at five so I can onboard each academy personally, which also means selection is not automatic.
Good fit
Established academy
At least 50 active members and an operating business, not a future school or informal club.
Real operational use
You are prepared to use DojoCore with actual members, schedules, check-ins and payments.
Direct owner involvement
The owner or primary decision-maker will participate in onboarding and feedback.

We start with a fit call, set up the academy together and introduce DojoCore to your members gradually rather than switching everything overnight. Already using Stripe? Before I promise anything, we will look at how your existing customer and payment setup can be connected or migrated.
Your academy remains in control of its money.
Payments continue through your academy’s own connected Stripe account. DojoCore does not act as your bank account or hold membership revenue. Invoices, transactions and memberships stay visible inside DojoCore, and we introduce billing workflows carefully during the beta.

Built by a software engineer who understands the mats.
I’m Simon, a software engineer and an active martial arts practitioner.
I built DojoCore after seeing how much time academy owners lose to repetitive administration, fragmented tools and member questions that shouldn’t need staff at all.
I’m working directly with five established schools to turn the MVP into a product that fits real operations, instead of guessing what every academy needs.
During the private beta, Founding Academies work directly with me, not an outsourced sales or support team.

Is DojoCore ready to use?
The MVP and core workflows exist and run today. The point of the private beta is to find the operational gaps before public launch.
Is the beta free?
DojoCore is free during the private beta. Stripe and other third-party processing fees still apply.
Do I need to replace my current system immediately?
No. We can stage the rollout, and on the fit call we decide which workflows move first.
Will you help migrate my academy?
I’ll help with migration and setup myself. What we can move over depends on what your current system lets you export.
What happens to my Stripe payments?
They run through your academy’s own connected Stripe account. DojoCore does not hold membership revenue, and invoices and transactions stay visible inside DojoCore.
How much feedback is required?
Expect a short call every one or two weeks plus practical feedback while using the product.
What happens after beta?
Suitable academies can keep using DojoCore with a permanent Founding Academy discount.
